Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is a global BPO services provider seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead recruitment processes across various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Bulk Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring needs.
- Sourcing and Screening: Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to find high-quality candidates.
- Interviews: Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate journey with timely communication.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
