About the Company
Artistic Apparels (Pvt.) Ltd is a leading company in the apparel industry, specializing in denim and apparel products. We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team in the Human Resource department.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates to ensure a high-quality pool of applicants.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
- Proven work experience of 1.5 to 2.5 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing and recruiting techniques.
