Job Description
We are looking to fill the position of Talent Acquisition Executive for Career Consultants Inc. Pakistan.
Qualification/Experience: Must have a BBA/MBA or equivalent degree major in HRM with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the Telecommunication Industry.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements for talent placement strategy and provide solutions.
- Identify innovative sourcing methods to attract talent.
- Manage stakeholder satisfaction with talent services.
- Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
- Introduce talent growth initiatives like job rotations and shadowing.
- Participate in workforce planning for future skill requirements.
