Job Description
Confiz, a leading IT company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. This position requires a motivated individual who is excited to strengthen their interpersonal, analytical, and people-management skills. Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Source and shortlist CVs, schedule interviews, manage correspondence, and liaise with candidates.
- Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline by actively seeking talented individuals.
- Foster long-term relationships through courteous communication with prospective candidates.
- Prioritize recruitment efforts based on the company’s talent requirements.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and create liaisons with career placement cells.
- Coordinate and facilitate hiring managers flawlessly in their respective hiring processes.
- Ensure accurate job descriptions (JDs) are in place.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM or Business Management.
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the entire recruiting cycle.
- Strong professional network to locate potential candidates.
- Multi-tasking abilities and a positive attitude with high work ethics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
