Job Description
DevDimensions is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing recruitment plans and schedules aligned with company operations.
- Producing official internal documents such as offer letters and appointment letters.
- Creating onboarding strategies and educating new hires on HR policies.
- Managing employee records, benefits, and fostering engagement initiatives.
- Implementing orientation programs and staff recognition activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of HR management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and knowledge of employment laws.
- Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.
Job Type: Full-time [Inhouse]
Job Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM
