Job Description
MedCare MSO Global is the 3rd largest USA-based medical billing and RCM organization in Pakistan, with 800+ employees. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Mmalam, Lahore. You will be responsible for managing the hiring process, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end hiring process
- Recruit top talent via social media channels
- Coordinate interviews and offers
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet hiring targets
- Build pipelines for future hiring needs
- Update job descriptions and liaise with universities
- Stay updated on tech trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1-2 years of Bulk Hiring experience
- Preferred experience in the Tech industry
- Knowledge of ATS is a plus
- Strong sourcing skills
- Excellent communication abilities
