Job Description
Skyscrapers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our team. Take on the responsibility of sourcing and hiring top-tier talents to contribute to our company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Analyze CVs as per job description and requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone screenings.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Communicate with candidates and provide updates.
- Negotiate job offers in collaboration with HR.
- Contribute to enhancing the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
