Job Description
Job Brief:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be the custodian of Talent Acquisition Process – responsible for liaising with operations department and filling vacant positions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment process: job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Incorporate best recruitment strategies to attract top talent for bulk hiring.
- Liaison with University career offices to build a candidate pool.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan recruitment activities.
- Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Coordinate with regional HRBPs for interview scheduling.
- Prepare weekly hiring reports for management.
Requirements:-
- Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Passionate about Recruitment.
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, including batch hiring.
- Location: Lahore
