Job Description
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in HRM or relevant equivalent qualification
- Experience: 3 – 6 years
- Location: Karachi, Pakistan
- Gross Salary Range: PKR 75,00 – PKR 130,00 (monthly PKR)
- Description: Perform end-to-end recruitment by analyzing received job requisitions, understanding position competency requirements, designing & posting job ads, screening suitable candidates, aligning assessments & interviews, collecting candidate information, and processing onboarding of finalized candidates. The incumbent is required to develop recruiting strategies and develop trusting relationships with potential hires.
