Join us for a 6-week, hands-on internship where you will work closely with the co-founders and leadership team of Truck It In to recruit talent for various positions. Responsibilities include recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
What You Will Do:
- Handle talent acquisition for various positions
- Utilize advanced ATS for candidate screening
- Collect feedback and assist in candidate selection
- Administer offer placements and onboarding activities
- Establish rapport with stakeholders
- Create recruitment dashboards and lead employer branding efforts
