Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic HR Professional to Perform end-to-end recruitment by analyzing received job requisitions, understanding position competency requirements, designing & posting job ads, screening suitable candidates, aligning assessments & interviews, collecting candidate information, and processing onboarding of finalized candidates. The incumbent is required to develop recruiting strategies and develop trusting relationships with potential hires.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an Employee Sourcing Strategy in line with Business and HR Plans as well as, Recruitment & Selection Policy and the Annual Recruitment Budget.
- Coordinate with the hiring leads and managers to identify staffing needs and draft a selection criterion accordingly.
- Formulate interview and selection procedures which are inclusive of screening calls, assessments, and in-person/online interviews.
- Perform CV screening and assess candidate information via resume, contact details and background checks. Furthermore, conduct candidate sourcing through contemporary strategies for talent acquisition.
- Develop and Implement Employee Onboarding / Orientation Programs of respective Locations for all Management Staff.
- Function as the company representative internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
- Oversee the hiring and retaining of a diverse talent acquisition team. Review reports and data when required.
Qualification: Master’s Degree in HRM or relevant equivalent qualification
Experience: 3 – 6 years in a relevant field
