Job Description
IFlogics Communication is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager with comprehensive full-cycle recruiting experience. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Craft and post job advertisements across diverse platforms.
- Leverage databases and social media for effective candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Provide detailed recruiting reports and analyses.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a recruiter.
- Outstanding communication and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
This part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month, with work hours from 06:00 PM to 12:00 AM at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal branch.
