Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Gojra. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will also be responsible for employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
- Strong skills in employer branding and attracting top talent
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
