Job Description
Imtiaz Super Market is on the lookout for a committed Talent Acquisition Officer to enhance our recruitment team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions. Key responsibilities include posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates using diverse channels, and screening resumes. You will also coordinate interviews, manage candidate databases, and ensure a seamless experience for all applicants.
Moreover, you will support the organization of job fairs and recruitment events while preparing insightful recruitment reports. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month, with in-person work required.
