Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Operations Associate to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
You will work closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their staffing needs and to create effective strategies for attracting top talent. Furthermore, you will play a key role in streamlining HR operations to improve the overall employee experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for HR, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in recruitment or HR operations will be considered an asset.
