- Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Build relationships with recruiting agencies and partners.
- Stay current on industry trends in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
