Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving the recruitment process to attract and hire talented individuals for various positions within an organization. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates. The Specialist also conducts interviews, assesses candidate qualifications, and recommends candidates for further consideration.
