Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist from the Real Estate Industry. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. The role will also include employer branding and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
- Strong interviewing skills
- Knowledge of employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a track record of successful recruiting in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with all levels of management.
