Job Description
Cedar Financial specializes in recovering outstanding international and domestic debts quickly and efficiently while providing the highest levels of customer service. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our talent acquisition process. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, updating job ads, and conducting background checks. Your efforts will contribute to building a strong employer brand and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
- Conducting screening interviews on incoming resumes and application forms.
- Advertise job openings on our website, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Working efficiently to meet hiring deadlines.
- Conduct necessary background checks.
- Ensure candidates meet the minimum requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 14 years of education.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
- Proficient in MS Office and other software tools.
