Job Description
Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the assigned portfolio(s), including sourcing candidates, facilitating interviews, completing candidate documentation, managing and placing offers, and onboarding.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition team with career fairs, employer branding, and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to recommend effective sourcing strategies.
- Understand internal business needs and external talent market to guide talent strategies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate criteria.
- Source applicants through online channels and professional networks.
- Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation of recruitment process stages and candidate information.
- Prepare and place candidate offers in coordination with HRBPs.
- Ensure timely completion of pre-employment medical assessments.
- Update hiring tracker and record necessary information.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ HR experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
