Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter at Client Firm. Responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Tasks involve identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions, utilizing various recruitment channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
- Technical recruiting experience with knowledge of technology roles and skill requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to source and identify qualified candidates
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in using recruitment tools and platforms
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in the Pakistani job market and SME hiring processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
