Job Description
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings, ensuring they are accurate and engaging.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information.
- Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers.
