Role Description: Orient Cargo Services is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Lahore. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and building a strong talent pipeline for the company.
Qualifications:
- Full-cycle recruiting and hiring skills
- Experience in employer branding and candidate experience
- Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
