Job Description

The ideal candidate must have a strong recruitment background, a knack for identifying top talent, and be proficient in HR administrative tasks. Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection, laptop, and a dedicated workstation
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques, ATS, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Basic HR principles knowledge and willingness to learn
  • High integrity and confidentiality

Responsibilities include managing full recruitment cycle, implementing innovative strategies, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers, coordinating recruitment events, ensuring positive candidate experience, and assisting with HR operations.
