Role Description
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at QMCC, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract, engage, and hire top talent for our organization. They will also contribute to employer branding efforts and play a key role in identifying talent needs for various positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
Ability to manage employee engagement and employer branding activities
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Experience in employer branding and attracting top talent
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
