Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates through online channels.
- Planning Interview and Selection Procedures.
- Assessing Candidate Information using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Designing Job Descriptions and Interview Questions.
- Leading Employer Branding Initiatives.
- Attending Job Fairs and Recruitment Events.
- Forecasting Hiring Needs.
- Fostering Long-Term Relationships.
Requirements and Skills:
- 2-3 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Familiarity with Online Platforms.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Experience.
- Understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Effective Communication Skills.
- Understanding of Organizational Roles.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
