Sunridge Foods is a leading Food Manufacturing (FMCG) company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to consumers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end executive talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening to final selection and onboarding.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and industry best practices to identify top-tier executive talent, including passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for executive positions, ensuring a consistent flow of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates for executive roles, considering their experience, skills, cultural fit, and potential to contribute to our organization.
• Negotiate and facilitate offers and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continually improve the executive recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in executive-level talent acquisition, including recruiting for C-suite and senior leadership positions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
