Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Position Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition
Location: PECHS Block 2
Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Salary: 60k to 70k
Role Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TechMatter, you will be responsible for creating and implementing recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Managing employee data manually and also through software.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to create and implement effective strategies for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Well versed in interviewing and negotiating skills.
- Managing employee data.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
Qualification:
- Relevant degree or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
