Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Trainee at Integriti Group Inc. plays a crucial role in sourcing and delivering qualified candidates, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance. This is a contract position for up to 3 months, leading to permanent employment.
Office Timings: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday (6 hours on-site, 2 hours remote).
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective hiring strategies
- Conduct job interviews and recruitment steps
- Pre-screen candidates, meet KPIs, and maintain candidate pipeline
- Support HR team in recruitment efforts
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant field
- Strong command of English
- Self-learner with organizational skills
- Self-motivated and excellent communication skills
