Job Description
Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, a distinguished Swiss hospitality brand, is on the lookout for a committed Talent & Culture Executive to join our Human Resources department. This essential role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. Additionally, you will provide payroll support and maintain employee records, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in HR. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software, are essential for success in this role.
