Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Talent & Employer Branding Associate. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in shaping our company’s talent acquisition strategy and enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative employer branding strategies to create a positive and engaging candidate experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and target the right talent pools, develop compelling job descriptions, and ensure consistent messaging across all recruitment channels.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark our employer brand against competitors. You will also manage our social media presence and online platforms to enhance brand awareness and engage with potential candidates.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the HR team to improve our recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. You will assess and implement new recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
