Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Manager for a 3-month fixed-term contract. As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and retaining top talent for our organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
