Job Description
The Talent Connect is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Telesales Officer to engage prospective clients by phone, promote our services, and convert leads into sales within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The role requires accurate CRM recordkeeping, effective objection handling, and professional client communication.
- 1–2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; strong time-management
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
- Full-time, in-person position; salary Rs40,00–Rs50,00 per month
