Job Description
EY Ford Rhodes is currently seeking a Senior Consultant for the Tax – ACR Payroll division. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on payroll matters to clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their payroll requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll projects, overseeing the implementation of payroll systems, and ensuring compliance with tax and employment laws. You will also be involved in conducting payroll audits, resolving payroll discrepancies, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong understanding of payroll practices, tax regulations, and employment laws. You should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
