Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is seeking an experienced taxi and minicab dispatcher/controller to efficiently manage bookings, drivers, and dispatch operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls for taxi bookings
- Input bookings into the dispatch system
- Allocate bookings to drivers
- Provide customers with real-time ETAs
- Guide drivers on routes
- Manage email bookings
- Place bids on jobs
- Coordinate driver dispatch of bookings
Requirements: Prior UK taxi cab controlling experience, knowledge of UK streets, and strong customer service skills.
Shift Timings: Rotational | Salary: From 40k per month.
