Job Description
Ace Links Communication is actively seeking skilled dispatchers for our transportation projects across the USA and Canada. In the role of Taxi Dispatcher, you will receive customer calls, schedule rides, and allocate assignments to drivers. We require candidates who possess a minimum of 6 months of dispatching experience, ideally within an International Call Center environment.
Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming calls, schedule rides, assign pickups, coordinate effectively with drivers, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications: At least 6 months of dispatching experience, exceptional communication abilities, and fluency in English are essential.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $40,00 to $70,00 per month, along with comprehensive benefits.
