Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Taxi Booking Operator with experience using Cordic Software to join our team at c2o. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls from UK customers regarding taxi bookings and modifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing airport bookings.
- Accepting payments over the phone.
- Escalating complaints to the appropriate departments.
- Addressing driver queries and grievances.
Strong listening skills and a proficient British accent are essential for providing top-notch customer service. Prior experience in an inbound call center is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
