Job Description
We are hiring experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) / Operators for SAS Fairdeal PVT. Ltd, a Taxi Company based in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, taking taxi bookings, and inputting data accurately. You will also provide price quotations and respond to customer queries.
Preferred qualifications: experience in the UK, fluency in English (preferably British), and adaptability to a British accent. Full-time position with a salary of Rs300.00 to Rs400.00 per hour, 40 hours per week.
