Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for a committed Taxi Controller (CSR) to efficiently manage incoming calls from UK customers seeking to book or modify taxi services. Key responsibilities include handling airport bookings, processing payments, resolving customer complaints, and addressing driver inquiries.
Required Experience: Candidates must possess experience in an inbound call center or have at least one year of customer service experience. Familiarity with Ghost and Icabbi systems is preferred. A British accent is required.
