Job Description
Codup is seeking a dedicated Team Lead to oversee our Finance Department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding the accounting team in managing all financial operations while ensuring reporting accuracy, compliance with regulations, and effective payroll management. Key responsibilities include supervising daily financial activities, managing accounts payable and receivable, and upholding financial statements and internal controls.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is required, along with a preference for relevant professional certifications. Candidates should possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong leadership and analytical skills, along with proficiency in ERP systems, are essential for success in this role.
