We are seeking a full-time on-site Team Lead to oversee daily tasks, manage projects, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery. The Team Lead will collaborate with clients, provide team guidance, monitor performance, and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Experience in BPO or Customer Service field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
