Job Description
As a Team Lead – Sales, your role is to manage the flow of incoming leads, qualify leads during calls to carry out product demos, and manage the team of sales, evaluating their skills to convert leads into sales.
Candidates with experience in B2C campaigns like insurance, electricity, and Dish TV will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate clients’ concerns and adjust services or products to clients’ needs.
- Resolve any issues on the clients’ sites and cooperate with respective other departments.
- Identify new business opportunities by monitoring inbound marketing channels and activities.
- Maintain existing and build new relationships by providing any necessary support and recommendations on new opportunities.
- Ensure a high-performing customer service system.
- Monitor performance and analyze reports to derive improvement plans.
Education and Experience:
- Graduation Degree in business, marketing, or any other related field.
- Overall, 3-4 Years and minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing a team of Inbound/outbound sales as a supervisor/Team Lead.
- Strongly developed networking and communication as well as analytical skills.
- High customer orientation and business acumen.
