Job Description
Position Purpose
This role involves overseeing bank reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations and company policies.
Job Description
- Supervise daily reconciliation of bank statements with general ledger accounts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank and internal records.
- Implement best practices for process efficiency.
- Lead a team to provide accurate and timely reconciliation services.
- Prepare financial reports and present to management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for process improvements.
- Establish internal controls for risk mitigation.
Experience and Qualifications
- MBA Finance, CA (Inter), ACMA/ACCA (Part Qualified).
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Specific Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Available to work from 12 p.m to 9 p.m.
