Job Description
Purpose of Job:
Continuous monitoring of business results, market trends, competitive challenges, and economic indicators affecting performance. Onboarding new partnerships for funds/payroll disbursements and institutions for fee/funds collections.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute partnership strategy for business growth. Project management, research on partnership opportunities, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project completion.
Technical Competency:
Proficient in using company software to address business challenges.
Soft Competency:
Demonstrate strong work ethic, effective communication, organizational skills, and team interaction.
Experience and Qualification:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, banking, finance, economics, commerce, or marketing. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
