Job Description:
- Establish effective coordination with team members for engagement and alignment.
- Collaborate closely to maximize target achievement and resource utilization.
- Maintain qualitative and quantitative targets by adhering to defined protocols.
- Handle call escalations to enhance customer experience.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification targets.
- Demonstrate effective pressure management and strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and system management.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in a Contact/Call Center with team management responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required. Jazz Call Center experience preferred.
