We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead for our Contact Center department. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and meeting performance targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor and evaluate team performance

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure resolution
