Job Description

As a Team Lead at Abacus, your role involves managing incoming leads, qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and supervising the Customer Support Officers team for the ongoing campaign.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clients’ concerns and tailor services/products to their needs
  • Resolve client site issues and collaborate with other departments
  • Identify new business opportunities through inbound marketing monitoring
  • Build and maintain relationships, offer support, and suggest new opportunities
  • Ensure top-notch customer service performance
  • Monitor performance, analyze reports, and create improvement plans

Education and Experience:

  • Graduation Degree in business, marketing, or related fields
  • 3-4 years overall experience with 1-2 years managing a Customer Support Representative team
  • Strong networking, communication, and analytical skills
  • Customer-oriented with business acumen
