Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
- B.E / B. Tech with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure preventive maintenance compliance with the help of reports & upload new equipment/PM plans in SAP system.
- Prepare Budget consumption reports with proper justifications. Responsible for the PI (planned inspection) and PM (planned maintenance) activities for the electrical, electronics, instrumentation, and pneumatic equipment.
- Ensure timely completion of planned maintenance (PM) activities as per set plan.
- Coordinate with Production Planner for timely availability of the plant and machinery for the planned inspection and maintenance activities.
- Share a weekly report of the PI and PM activities showing the compliance rate, any observations or findings, and corrective action plan.
- Detect chronic and sporadic losses/breakdowns and carry out the RCAs to determine the root causes and suggest mitigation actions.
- Review various documents, SOPs, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment manuals, spare parts catalogs, spare parts drawings, troubleshooting instructions, and identify any missing data or anomalies.
- Ensure that sufficient spare parts are available in inventory and coordinate with Technical Stores and Procurement.
- Ensure that the parts specifications, drawings, etc. are up to date in the SAP MM system.
- Keep track of the availability of backup/refurbished parts and coordinate/follow-up with the concerned for their timely availability.
- Coordinate with the service providers/contractors for timely and quality completion of the tasks assigned to them.
- Take a daily floor round and check for any abnormalities or faults and ensure timely rectification.
- Check the status of the notifications raised in the SAP system and keep track of the completion status. Share compliance on a weekly and monthly basis.
