Job Description
HR Operations Team Lead will oversee HR operations for the entire Group, including payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance.
- Manage daily HR operations for all group companies.
- Ensure data accuracy and system updates in HRIS.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Lead onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes.
- Manage health and life insurance policies and support employees.
- Prepare HR-related communications and reports.
- Collaborate with teams to implement HR initiatives.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related field.
- Min 7 years of HR operations experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in a complex organizational environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
