Job Description

As a Team Lead, your role is to manage the flow of incoming leads, qualify leads during calls, carry out product demos, and manage the team of sales evaluating their skills to convert leads into sales.

Candidates with experience in B2C campaigns like insurance, electricity, and Dish TV will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of clients’ concerns and adjustment of the services or products to the clients’ needs
  • Resolving of any issues on the clients’ site and cooperation with respective other departments
  • Identification of new business opportunities by monitoring inbound marketing channels and activities
  • Maintenance of existing and building of new relationships by providing any necessary support and recommendations on new opportunities
  • Ensuring a high-performing customer service system
  • Monitoring performance and analyzing reports to derive improvement plans

Education and Experience:

  • Graduation Degree in business, marketing, or any other related field
  • Overall 3-4 years and minimum 1 year of experience in managing a team of Customer Support Representatives
  • Strongly developed networking, communication, and analytical skills
  • High customer-orientation and business acumen

Salary:

80,00 – 120,00
